A Regular Board Meeting of the English Montreal School Board, presided over by the Chair, Joe Ortona, will take place on Tuesday, December 9 at 7:00 P.M. in the Laurence Patterson Room, Administration Building in Montreal. Mr. Ortona will be joined by all Commissioners and Senior Management Staff.
The Question Period is used to respond to questions from the public and is not a forum for the expression of opinions or for speeches. A question period is scheduled on the agenda of the regular and special meetings of the Council of Commissioners according to EMSB By-Law number 12 and is limited to two (2) questions per participant, for a maximum of two (2) minutes per participant.
Any questions for the Question Period must be sent to the Secretary General, Me Nathalie Lauzière, in advance, by Monday, December 8 at 12 P.M. at nlauziere@emsb.qc.ca. The Chair will read out each question and respond in public. Please note that any question submitted by someone who wishes to remain anonymous will not be answered in public. All personal information will be kept confidential.
